    The prime rib and other cuts get hot, soft delicious and with apparent little fat, served on wood boards and accompanied of potatoes, rice, bread and flour. Besides bovine rib, the all-you-can-eat includes cuts of pork rib, suckling pig roasted and lamb loin. It has a good letter of beverages and desserts.
