It is also a great opportunity to extend the horizons and get deeper on this culture’s spices. Getting to know this people’s story by tasting their dishes.

    The chef Alexandre Sharin utilizes in his recipes birds, traditional meat and duck and rabbit meat, over than options like seafood, with dishes based on fish and shrimp. Among the dishes there is Aloo Tikki, prepared in potato loaves in tamarind sauce and cumin full of pees or grilled cherne snowy grouper fish with vegetables on soft curry sauce.
