Historical building where the famous Hotel Majestic used to work, Casa de Cultura Mario Quintana honours one of our greatest poets. Mario Quintana, who lived in the hotel from 1968 to 1980, published more than 20 books, not to say about the anthologies.

   Located on the famous 736, Rua da Praia, Centre, the cultural institution has spaces for cinema, music, visual arts, theatre, literature and for the accomplishment of workshops and events connected to culture.
